Our structure is located in Via Conte Giambattista Bogino 16, in the centre of Turin, at a short distance from Piazza San Carlo and the city's main tourist attractions.

How do you get to Palazzo del Carretto?

To get to Palazzo Del Carretto di Gorzegno, located in Via Bogino 16, a few steps from the charming Piazza San Carlo, we suggest you to follow these directions:

  • From Porta Nuova railway station, the structure is only a 10-minute walk away.
  • If arriving by car, follow the directions for the city centre, exiting the Corso Regina Margherita highway.
Is it possible to arrange transfers from/to the airport?

Yes, it is possible to arrange a transfer service to and/or from the airport. We can book transfers to the station, airport, conference centre, excursion, stadium or any other destination you are interested in. You can request this service directly at reception or select it when booking online.

How do I book any apartment?

You can book an appartment in our residence in several ways. You can book directly through our website or contact us by phone or e-mail for assistance with the booking process.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is by appointment. Please let us know what time you plan on arriving.
Check-out needs to be done by 10:30am.

Is it possible to leave the suite or the apartment after the check-out time?

Yes, it is possible to leave the suite or appartment after the check-out time. Please contact our reception to check availability and possible extra costs.

I’m travelling for work. Can you provide an invoice?

Of course. To help us prepare an invoice for you, please advise us of the invoicing information in advance.

Can my company establish an agreement with you to get preferential rates?

Corporate agreements guarantee fixed rates throughout the year and have flexible cancellation policies suitable for business travel.

Can I stay for one or two months?

Yes. You can send a request using the dedicated form.

Is parking available?

Yes. There is an underground garage available and a parking space must be booked. The cost is €30.00 per night.

Is it possible to keep the parking space even after check-out?

Yes, although we recommend contacting the booking office directly to check whether it is possible to extend the parking service beyond check-out.

Can I cancel a booking?

Detailed information on the cancellation policy is available at the time of booking. You can choose between flexible rates and non-cancellable promotional offers.

Do you serve breakfast?

Our facility does not provide a breakfast service, however you can find renowned historic cafés such as Stratta and Farmacia del Cambio nearby.
All our suites are equipped with an espresso machine and a selection of capsules. In addition, we offer a convenient home shopping service for breakfast.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Every apartment and suite has a free, Wi-Fi connection.

Is it possible to organise parties and events or to arrange a photo shoot?

No, it is not permitted to organise parties, events or photo shoots within the flats. The suites may not be used as photo shoots, either amateur or professional.

Do you allow pets?

We are sorry but we cannot accept pets in our apartments.

Is it possible to rent a bicycle?

Yes, it is possible to book bicycles.
You can ask for this service at the reception or select it during online booking. Notice of at least three days is required.

Is it possible to book a museum or a guided tour?

Yes, in cooperation with our partners, we offer the opportunity to book museums and guided tours. In addition, we provide services such as chauffeur-driven transfers and exciting cooking lessons.

Is there a baggage-drop service after check-out?

Of course!
A luggage storage service is available free of charge. If you need to use it on the day of check-out, please do not hesitate to ask at reception. We will be glad to assist you.

Is a cot available for babies?

Of course!
We provide cots for babies. You can ask directly at reception or select the service when booking online. We are here to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible!

What types of rooms or apartments do you offer?

We offer a variety of solutions for your stay.
You can choose amongst studios, two-room or three-room apartments. Alternatively you can opt for our exclusive historical suites, which consist exclusively of a bedroom and private bathroom. Each option is tastefully furnished and equipped with modern facilities to guarantee you a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Can I cook in the apartment?

Yes! The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette or kitchen so that you can comfortably cook your own meals. In addition, for those who prefer to dine outside, we are surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants and cafés.
As for the suites, you will find a minibar, an espresso machine and a kettle at your disposal.

What tourist attractions are nearby?

Palazzo Del Carretto is only a few steps away from Turin's main attractions, such as the famous Egyptian Museum, the majestic Mole Antonelliana and the picturesque Palazzo Reale.
Furthermore, the historic city center is easily reached on foot, allowing you to comfortably explore the beauty of Turin.

The facility is equipped with security cameras to constantly monitor the area. In addition, each apartement has a safe for all your valuables. We constantly strive to provide a peaceful and safe environment for your stay.
